I will confirm your order by e-mail with the total cost including the postage and packing charge. Payment by post or bank transfer online through your bank. 2. Or if you prefer to by-pass the shopping basket,
simply e-mail your order using contact me,
please include the pack number or name, the price,
quantity required, (colour description), your name and address for delivery of order, and intended payment method,
I will confirm your order by e-mail with the total cost including the postage and packing charge options. Payment by post or bank transfer online through your bank. I hope you have enjoyed viewing the array of threads and yarns.

There is no minimum order value,
however there is a minimum post and packing charge of £1.25

please allow up to 5 working days for cheque clearance.
Bank transfer
Please ask for my bank details when ordering,
payment completed on line or personally at your bank,
please e-mail to confirm bank transfer has been made,
please allow up to 3 working days for confirmation of funds transfered.
Postal Order and post
Postal orders accepted, crossed and payable to Christine Baker please,
NB sent at your own risk, remember to retain the receipt stub on the order .
Postage and Packing Charge
Royal Mail have introduced a pricing system based on size/volume as well as weight.
Due to the bulky but light weight nature of the packs, most will be classed under the 'packet' category.
Postage/packing charge is related to weight.
Minimum charge £1.25
First Class post for orders up to 1Kg
Standard Parcel post for orders over 1Kg
A 'Certificate of Posting' receipt is retained for all packages.
If you have by-passed the online shopping and ordered by e-mail,
on receipt of your order the total cost including the postage and packing charge
(please see details above) will be forwarded by e-mail.
NB To help the environment and reduce packing costs for you, recycled clean outer packaging may be used when available.
Orders dispatched promptly for postal orders and as soon as possible after cheque clearance (up to 5 working days)
and completion of bank transfer (up to 3 working days).
I will e-mail to inform you when your order has been posted.
Most packages are delivered promptly within a few days.
Larger parcels may take a little longer.
Please allow up to 20 working days for delivery,
the postal system can sometimes cause delays en route beyond my control.
If your order is slow to arrive, please let me know so I am aware of the delay,
eg 7 working days after my e-mail informing you that the order is en route.
VAT
The Dancing Daisies is not required to be registered for VAT purposes at present thus VAT is not applicable to purchases.
NB.Accurate colour reproduction of the products illustrated in the images on the screen cannot be guaranteed.
There may be some colour variations, and the appearance of the products illustrated may be slightly different in ‘real life’.
If exact colours are required, samples (small snippets) of the selections for colour matching can be forwarded on receipt of a stamped addressed envelope, (maximum of 3 samples only please).
To order samples please contact me by post, (with sae) stating the relevant pack numbers.
If you have a specific colour, texture, thickness, or length requirement please contact me for advice or to check suitability before ordering.
By all means post details on exactly what you are looking for, snippets of the colours you want to match with will help,
(please enclose sae).
