I hope you will be happy with your purchase, if you are not please contact me.

If there is a problem on receipt with your order.

Please contact me by e-mail, telephone or post within 3 working days of receipt of your order,

and I will endeavour to resolve the situation.

Parcel or package with damaged contents and/or missing items on delivery.

Please notify me within 3 working days of receipt by e-mail, post or telephone.

Please retain the packaging for inspection by the Post Office/Royal Mail claims department if required.

A certificate of posting/insurance is always obtained and compensation from Royal Mail will be sought if applicable.

The damaged contents or missing items will be rectified as soon as possible.

Risk in goods passes on collection or delivery to the address given on the order.

Returns and Cancellation Policy

If you have simply changed your mind and wish to cancel your order

(within 7 working days of my confirmation of your order)

after I have received payment but before dispatch of order,

please contact me by telephone or e-mail to advise.

A full refund by cheque or bank transfer only (whichever is applicable) will be given.

If your order has already been processed and dispatched,

or if you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return the items,

please contact me by e-mail or in writing within 7 working days of your receipt of the order.

No returns accepted without prior notification and authorisation.

A refund (less postage and packing charges on order) will be given by cheque or bank transfer only,

once the items have been safely returned to me as new, packs intact,

lengths still tied and orderly, and in original packaging.

Return delivery costs are not refundable,

you must ensure the safe arrival of the returned items to me before a refund can be made,

'a recorded/signed for on delivery/insured postal service' is advisable for large value orders

or a 'certificate of posting' for small value orders.

The Dancing Daisies conforms to the Data Protection Act 1998 – your personal details

are used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order or query

and will not be passed to a 3rd party.
